Rules are easy. Think of a movie, then use MS Paint to draw that movie.
Submissions must be no larger than 640x480.
Though you are free to use any program you like, MS Paint (or equivalent) is preferred and pics must look appropriately Paint-y. That means no fancy graphics, no lens flares, no awesome transparencies or gradients...if you have no idea what all that means, you'll do just fine.
Although there's no hard and fast rule against it, try not to just cut-paste a bunch of pics or screen caps and add text balloons. Your hard work will pay off in the end...maybe.
Choose any movie you like, but try to keep entries somewhat safe for work. If your artistic skill is such that drawn penises are identifiable, mark the submission as NSFW so no one gets fired.
There are no prizes. I have 3 kids, I can barely afford to feed myself.
That's about it...Go forth and Paint!
Oh, and just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about, here's one of my old ones from the old pH. Yours does not have to look as good (or bad) as mine. Bonus points if you guess the movie!
