But seriously consider what it would mean to live in either. In the more advanced society you would have much more rules placed upon you, and probably work at a desk and have much less choices. On the other hand, in the less advanced civilization you probably would have to build your own home, and survival would be a key priority not to mention you probably wouldn't have many of the things you enjoy today.
